In spite of their claims to “support democracy,” Democrats have been working day and night to take away the choices of voters in 2024.

They want Donald Trump off the ballot so that Joe Biden gets essentially a free ride to re-election as president.

They have tried to do this in multiple states, including Colorado, through various lawsuits. The goal was to get in front of liberal judges and have Trump removed from the ballot.

Huge sums of money have been poured into this project, which means Democrats really thought there was a serious chance of success. But so far, their hopes have been dashed.

In Colorado, the judge rejected the attempt to throw Trump off the ballot, much to the disappointment of the Democrats who had staked their hopes on this fight.

And now Trump is celebrating his massive victory over the Democrats who are trying anything to keep him from running for president.

According to Newsweek, “Former President Donald Trump celebrated what he called a ‘gigantic’ legal victory after a Colorado judge rejected an effort to keep him off the state’s primary ballot.

“District Judge Sarah B. Wallace on Friday found Trump engaged in insurrection during the January 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol, but allowed him to remain on Colorado’s primary ballot because it is unclear whether a Civil War-era Constitutional amendment barring insurrectionists from public office applies to the presidency.

“The decision is the latest setback in efforts to disqualify Trump, who is leading the race for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.”

It is a massive setback for Democrats, who have seen Joe Biden plummet in the polls and Trump rise to the top.

They are terrified that he might actually end up winning in 2024 despite their attempts to jail him and disqualify him from being in the race.

The article continues, “Courts in Minnesota and Michigan have also rejected efforts to keep him off the Republican primary ballot, but have not ruled on his eligibility for the November 2024 general election.

“Trump praised Wallace’s decision while speaking to a crowd at a high school in Fort Dodge, Iowa, on Saturday.

“Democrats, their allies and the media, he claimed, are ‘having an absolute meltdown because last night, our campaign won a gigantic court victory in Colorado.’

“He blasted the lawsuit ‘an outrageous attempt to disenfranchise millions of voters by getting us thrown off the ballot.’”

It is a ridiculous attack on the right of voters to support whoever they want to in the presidential election.

Democrats are doing everything they can to make sure Trump supporters are not able to exercise that right in 2024.

But their efforts are failing across the country, and Trump is celebrating as he defeats yet another corrupt Democrat attack on his campaign.
