One judge got a nasty surprise when she tried silencing Trump.

She gave him one ridiculous order in the courtroom.

But then her jaw dropped when Trump delivered her a piece of bad news.

One no-name district judge thought she could take on the former president of the United States, Donald Trump.

She tried giving him a gag order to prevent him from speaking about the case.

You see, the Democrats are trying to railroad Trump with criminal charges against him to prevent him from taking power in 2024.

And now the judge is ordering him to stay silent and not even talk about it.

But this Democrat-appointed judge got a nasty secret at a Trump campaign stop in Iowa, when he went directly at the gag order that she put on him.

He made it clear that no judge is going to stop him from saying what he wants to say, and he is going to continue speaking out about the case.

And his voters were thrilled when he got on stage and went after the judge who tried to railroad him and keep him from speaking.

According to USA Today, “On Tuesday, after motorcading to the courthouse in lower Manhattan, the former president protested all the cases against him, claiming he is being ‘railroaded’ because he is a leading presidential campaign.

“But Trump also criticized the new gag order placed on him Monday by U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan. Although Trump accused the judge of trying to silence him, the gag order is limited and applies only to the federal case in which he is charged with trying to steal the 2020 election from Biden.”

A separate article about his rally in Iowa went into more detail: “Claiming the gag order, which only applies to the federal charges alleging he tried to steal the 2020 election, is unconstitutional, Trump said: ‘we’ll appeal it and we’ll see.’”

Democrats didn’t expect Trump to fight back this hard against the criminal charges. And the judge surely thought she could shut Trump up with her gag order.

But not only is he fighting back against her gag order, he is using it as fuel to try to take the White House in 2024.

The article continues, “But both his civil and criminal trials are expected to intersect with crucial campaign dates over and over again during the 2024 election season.”

If Trump continues fighting his criminal charges head-on like he is right now, this is bad news for Democrats in 2024.

They thought he would take these indictments lying down, stay out of the spotlight and quietly try to fight them in court.

But they clearly don’t know Donald Trump if they thought he was going to do that.

The judge’s attempt to silence Trump hasn’t worked, and he is continuing to speak out against her at his campaign rallies.

And he shows no signs that he is going to let up his fight against these unfair criminal charges any time soon.
