Donald Trump’s lawyer uncovered a game-changing secret.

It completely destroyed the prosecution’s case against him.

And now the charges may have to be thrown out altogether.

It’s clear that the Democrats who are coming after Donald Trump have been up to no good. They are trying to put him in jail at all costs and they are willing to go to any lengths to make that happen.

They were hoping that the American public wouldn’t find out what they were doing behind the scenes to try to set him up.

But Trump had other ideas. He had his lawyer do some digging, and she discovered an ugly truth that could change the entire case.

E. Jean Carroll is one of the people who are coming after Trump in court, saying that he sexually assaulted her in the 1990s.

Although the media has lionized her, it turns out there may be more to the case than what has been covered in the press.

As Trump’s lawyer found out, she had actually deleted quite a few messages on various social media platforms, some of which may have contained important evidence.

According to PBS, “Donald Trump’s lawyer on Friday renewed a mistrial request in a New York defamation case against the former president, saying that an advice columnist who accused him of sexually abusing her in the 1990s spoiled her civil case by deleting emails from strangers who threatened her with death.

“Attorney Alina Habba told a judge in a letter that writer E. Jean Carroll’s trial was ruined when Habba elicited from Carroll through her questions that Carroll had deleted an unknown number of social media messages containing death threats.”

Of course, there is no way to know what the messages contained, since they are now deleted. The media is taking Carroll at her word that death threats were the reason she deleted the messages.

In any case, while certainly no one approves of death threats being sent out, Carroll should have been much more careful before deleting sensitive information in a case like this.

The article continues, “When Habba first made the mistrial request with Trump sitting beside her as Carroll was testifying Wednesday, Judge Lewis A. Kaplan denied it without comment.

“In her letter, Habba said the deletions were significant because Carroll’s lawyers have made the death threats, which they blame on Trump’s statements about Carroll, an important reason why they say the jury should award Carroll $10 million in compensatory damages and millions more in punitive damages.”

It’s clear that the information that was deleted is relevant to the case and should have been scrutinized by the court.

Since it’s no longer available, there is no way that the court can convict Trump beyond a reasonable doubt.

That leaves a mistrial as the only option, and that is why Habba is taking the bold step of requesting one from the judge.

Donald Trump’s case might be thrown out after yet another set of deleted messages threw everything up in the air.
