It was an incredibly embarrassing moment for Jack Smith.

He didn’t know how to handle losing.

And instead of graciously conceding defeat, he had a meltdown and flew into a rage.

Jack Smith thinks that because he is working on behalf of Democrats to throw Trump in jail, he is entitled to get whatever he wants out of the judges in the case.

Even when his legal arguments are wrong on their face, he still has an expectation that the judges will side with him against Trump.

That’s the type of arrogance Democrats have been carrying themselves with since they began their mission to imprison Trump and guarantee Biden the 2024 election.

But Jack Smith is getting an ugly dose of reality after a major loss in court and he is not handling it well at all.

The judge decided that, in the name of transparency, the Trump team would be allowed to know the identity of witnesses who are testifying against him.

Smith doesn’t want transparency. He wants the Trump team to have to fight with their arms tied behind their back. And when this ruling came down, he flew into a rage.

According to Yahoo! News, “Government prosecutors on special counsel Jack Smith’s team file papers asking Judge Aileen Cannon to reconsider her ‘clear error’ in granting a request from lawyers for former President Donald Trump to reveal the identity of certain witnesses in the classified documents case. Here are the latest legal developments involving the Republican frontrunner seeking to be reelected to the White House in 2024.”

It is unprecedented for the prosecutor to launch an attack at the judge like this. The judge is in charge of the case and has the authority to make whatever decision she wants.

The article continues, “In court papers filed late Thursday, government prosecutors on Smith’s team asked Cannon to reconsider her ruling that would allow Trump’s lawyers to identify some witnesses in the case by name despite the possible risks doing so would pose to those witnesses, Salon reported.”

Here’s what Smith’s team wrote: “That discovery material, if publicly docketed in unredacted form as the Court has ordered, would disclose the identities of numerous potential witnesses, along with the substance of the statements they made to the FBI or the grand jury, exposing them to significant and immediate risks of threats, intimidation, and harassment, as has already happened to witnesses, law enforcement agents, judicial officers, and Department of Justice employees whose identities have been disclosed in cases in which defendant Trump is involved.”

This is a wild conspiracy theory by Smith that is completely unfounded. He is clearly in the throes of a meltdown over this ruling and is letting his imagination run wild.

Instead of whining about the judge, Smith should reassess this case and perhaps find someone else to prosecute instead of Trump.

It’s clear which direction this is headed in. Trump is going to win, and Jack Smith and the prosecutors will end up with egg on their faces.
