Trump’s former allies are finding out the hard way not to betray him.

One person tried to get a lighter sentence by turning against Trump.

But she cried after she found out the consequences of her actions.

Jenna Ellis was part of the legal team that filed lawsuits in states across America after the 2020 election. She worked with Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani to challenge the results of the election.

These efforts were unsuccessful and she was not able to return Trump to the presidency, and now she is betraying the former president.

Ellis was arrested in Georgia as part of the Fani Willis case, alongside Trump himself and many of his current and former associates.

She could have chosen to fight back against the charges and defend herself against the prosecution by the Democrat district attorney.

But instead she decided to betray Trump.

Not only that, but she also made a giant spectacle out of it, perhaps hoping that the liberal media would look more fondly upon her as a result.

She cried in front of the entire courtroom, trying to win over sympathy from the people watching.

According to Breitbart, “Attorney and prominent conservative media figure Jenna Ellis pleaded guilty Tuesday to a felony charge over efforts to overturn Donald Trump’s 2020 election loss in Georgia, tearfully telling the judge she looks back on that time with ‘deep remorse.’

“Ellis, the fourth defendant in the case to enter into a plea deal with prosecutors, was a vocal part of Trump’s reelection campaign in the last presidential cycle and was charged alongside the Republican former president and 17 others with violating the state’s anti-racketeering law.”

Ellis took the opportunity to bash Trump in front of the entire courtroom, perhaps not realizing that she was embarrassing herself in the process.

“She rose to speak after pleading guilty, fighting back tears as she said she would have not have represented Trump after the 2020 election if she knew then what she knows now, claiming that she relied on lawyers with much more experience than her and failed to verify the things they told her.”

Ellis had this to say at the hearing: “What I did not do but should have done, Your Honor, was to make sure that the facts the other lawyers alleged to be true were in fact true.”

These traitors think that by crying in front of the liberal media they can rescue their reputations and rebuild their careers.

But none of that will happen. All they are doing is stabbing Trump in the back instead of trying to make him president again so that he can turn the tables on the Democrats.

No amount of crocodile tears can protect Jenna Ellis from Fani Willis and her minions.

Meanwhile Donald Trump continues to traverse the country holding rallies and fighting back against these charges.

And Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis have caved to the left and turned on the man they previously supported for president to try to save themselves.
