Joe Biden and Clarence Thomas have a rivalry dating back over 30 years.

It looks like Thomas is about to get the last laugh.

And Joe Biden is going to wish he never picked up this fight with Clarence Thomas.

Joe Biden’s open borders policy is causing chaos and threatening American national security.

A record number of illegal aliens with no end in sight poured into America during December.

“CBP sources tell FOX there have now been over 276,00 migrant encounters at the southern border in December, the highest single month ever recorded, breaking the prior record set in September at 269,735, and there are still 3 days of December left. Record is being shattered. This new record number includes over 230,000 Border Patrol apprehensions of illegal immigrants in December, also the highest single month of apprehensions ever recorded for Border Patrol. We are now at over 760,000 migrant encounters since October 1st, making the first quarter of fiscal year 2024 also the highest ever recorded. Thats a population size bigger than Seattle in just three months. All records being blown out of the water under the Biden admin as the crisis gets worse – not better,” Fox News’s Bill Melugin posted on social media.

Biden’s also allowing Iranians with known ties to terrorism and an internationally wanted criminal fugitive to stroll into the country.

“An Iranian national with ties to terrorism crossed illegally into the U.S. from Canada near Niagra Falls & was arrested by Border Patrol. ICE just announced they have removed him back to Canada, where he is a permanent resident & ‘national security priority’ who is wanted by Canadian authorities on assault charges. He tried to enter the U.S. through the northern border twice,” Bill Melugin also reported.

Since Joe Biden won’t secure the border red-state governors and legislatures are picking up the slack.

Conservatives passed SB 4 in Texas which makes it a crime to enter Texas illegally and allows state officials to deport illegal aliens back to their home country.

The situation in Texas looks so grim that Governor Greg Abbott – who is a Bush-style establishment RINO – signed this bill after resisting months of pressure to take action to secure his state’s border.

Abbott explained he needed to take drastic action due to the sinister neglect of the border by Joe Biden.

“President Biden has repeatedly refused to enforce federal immigration laws already on the books and do his job to secure the border,” Abbott revealed in a statement to the Daily Caller. “In his absence, Texas has the constitutional authority to secure our border through historic laws like SB 4. Texas will take this fight all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary to protect Texans from President Biden’s dangerous open border policies.”

Joe Biden’s response made it clear that the mobs of illegal aliens pouring over the border is the administration’s desired policy as Biden didn’t applaud Texas for trying to help and offer to work with Governor Abbott to secure the border.

Rather, the Biden administration announced it intended to sue Texas for enforcing immigration law.

The administration cited the Supreme Court rejecting a 2012 Arizona law allowing state law enforcement to deport illegal aliens as the basis for litigation.

“Indeed, the Supreme Court has confirmed that ‘the removal process’ must be ‘entrusted to the discretion of the Federal Government’ because a ‘decision on removability’ touches ‘on foreign relations and must be made with one voice,’” the Department of Justice letter stated.

This fight is headed for the Supreme Court.

But there is a big difference between the laws in Arizona and Texas.

The Arizona statute made state-sanctioned deportation of illegal aliens mandatory.

Texas’s law allows the illegal alien the choice to return home voluntarily.

Justices Scalia, Thomas, and Alito dissented in that 2012 Arizona case and the Court moved to the right since then with the appointments of Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.

And this critical difference could be the difference between victory and defeat at the Supreme Court.
