The criminal charges against Donald Trump in the middle of an election are no accident.

All the pieces are falling into place.

And Joe Biden played this sinister role in the plot to jail Trump.

Resurfaced comments show how President Joe Biden pressured Attorney General Merrick Garland to prosecute former President Donald Trump in 2022.

The New York Times published an article on April 2, 2022, about how Biden was irritated with Garland due to the fact he hadn’t brought charges against Trump.

“The attorney general’s deliberative approach has come to frustrate Democratic allies of the White House and, at times, President Biden himself,” the Times reported. “As recently as late last year, Mr. Biden confided to his inner circle that he believed former President Donald J. Trump was a threat to democracy and should be prosecuted, according to two people familiar with his comments.”

“And while the president has never communicated his frustrations directly to Mr. Garland, he has said privately that he wanted Mr. Garland to act less like a ponderous judge and more like a prosecutor who is willing to take decisive action over the events of Jan. 6,” the report added.

Biden’s Department of Justice is responsible for two out of the four indictments Trump faced in 2023.

“Is Trump an insurrectionist, sir?” a reporter asked Biden last week.

Biden said, “I think … it’s self-evident.” He continued, “Whether the Fourteenth Amendment applies, we’ll let the Court make that decision.”

“But he certainly supported an insurrection,” Biden claimed without evidence. “No question about it. None. Zero.”

Trump slammed Biden on Christmas, stating Biden is “illegally using all of the levers of Law Enforcement” to put him in jail.

He told his Truth Social followers on Monday morning that “2024 will go down as the year of great and fully coordinated illegal election interference by Crooked Joe Biden, the worst and most corrupt president in the history of the United States, the DOJ, FBI, A.G.’s, & D.A.’s [sic], throughout the country[.]”

Trump took an optimistic tone, writing: “But despite it all, in the end, there will be a big and glorious victory for those brave and valiant patriots who want to make America great again. Merry Christmas to all!!!”

He added in a follow-up post Monday morning that it was harder to enjoy Christmas due to the charges against him.

“It’s hard to have a truly great Christmas when you have a Crooked and Incompetent President who wants to put his Political Opponent in jail, and who has been working hard (for a change!), illegally using all of the levers of Law Enforcement, to do so,” he vented.

“We are in the fight of our lives to save our Country from MADNESS & DOOM. MAGA 2024!!!”
