The Democrats are trying to make sure Joe Biden wins in 2024.

They are gaming the legal system to keep Trump off the ballot.

And one judge just made a radical move to seal the election up for Joe Biden.

Democrats have claimed for the majority of the Trump administration and beyond that they are just trying to “protect democracy.”

That sounds great to most people, but the truth is much darker than that. They do not actually believe in democracy, they only like it when they win the election.

That is becoming more and more obvious as they pull ridiculous moves to take away voters’ choices in the next presidential election.

The whole point of democracy is that voters get to choose their leaders, and if the leader they choose is Donald Trump, then that’s who should take office.

But Democrats don’t even want his name to be on the ballot, and they are pulling out all the stops to keep him off.

Now, they are even using the legal system to their advantage, persuading a friendly judge to issue a ruling in their favor.

According to Breitbart, “A Colorado judge has rejected an attempt by former President Donald Trump to dismiss a lawsuit that seeks to keep him off the state ballot, ruling that his objections on free-speech grounds did not apply.

“Trump’s attorneys argued that a Colorado law protecting people from being sued over exercising their free speech rights shielded him from the lawsuit, but Colorado District Judge Sarah Wallace said that law doesn’t apply in this case.

“The law also conflicted with a state requirement to get the question about Trump’s eligibility resolved quickly — before a Jan. 5 deadline for presidential candidates’ names to certified for the Colorado primary, Wallace wrote.”

The Democrats are trying to claim that Trump isn’t eligible for the ballot because he attempted what they describe as a coup after the last election.

And they are trying to claim validity to this argument under the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution.

The article continues, “Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington claims in its lawsuit that putting Trump on the ballot in Colorado would violate a provision of the 14th Amendment that bars people who have ‘engaged in insurrection’ against the Constitution from holding office.”

The Democrats don’t care about democracy any more than they care about the 14th Amendment or any other part of the Constitution.

What they care about is raw power, and they will use whatever legal argument they can find to achieve this power and crush their enemies.

They don’t want Trump’s name to appear on the ballot because they want Biden to run essentially unopposed in the 2024 election.

Ultimately this effort is likely going to fail, and Colorado isn’t generally considered a swing state anyway, so it will have minimal impact on the election.

But the Democrats are showing their true colors once again and trying to game the system to make sure their political enemies cannot hold power.
