Trump and his family have breathed a huge sigh of relief.

The judge decided that the case against him was a sham.

And now the judge has thrown the entire case out.

Trump’s enemies are working around the clock to keep him off the ballot to make sure voters don’t have the option of electing him.

While this may seem to contradict their promises to “defend democracy” – since voters having choices is a key feature of democracy – they don’t care. Their only goal is to consolidate power.

But their efforts are running into some serious roadblocks, stemming from the fact that they have no grounds whatsoever to keep Trump off the ballot.

They had hoped to get friendly judges who would do their bidding, but so far those efforts have been mostly unsuccessful.

And while they did manage to get the Colorado Supreme Court, which is stacked with progressives, to agree with them, they have lost badly in their efforts to remove him from the ballot in other states.

The latest one on the list is New Hampshire. Just one day before the primary, a judge threw out the lawsuit seeking to keep him off the state’s primary ballot.

And sure enough, he won the primary the next day.

According to WMUR, “A judge has dismissed a second lawsuit that sought to keep former President Donald Trump’s name off the New Hampshire ballot.

“A little-known Republican presidential candidate, John Anthony Castro, initially filed a lawsuit in October to bar Trump from the primary ballot, saying he isn’t eligible to run because of the insurrection clause of the 14th Amendment.”

While this individual claims to be a Republican, his actions suggest that he is a Trojan horse who is doing the bidding of the Democrats.

After all, no one is more desperate to keep Trump off the ballot than the Democrats who are nervous about him getting back to the White House.

The article continues, “A judge dismissed the lawsuit soon after, but Castro then filed a new complaint. That second complaint was thrown out as of late Monday, a day before New Hampshire’s primary.

“Castro said the lawsuit is about principles, saying that he has spent money to get his name on the ballot in New Hampshire, and keeping Trump’s name on the ballot is costing him votes. He has filed more than two dozen federal lawsuits across the country.”

Thankfully there are still judges in this country who are willing to defend the Constitution against left-wing efforts to consolidate power.

Even if some people don’t like Trump, it’s ridiculous to say that he shouldn’t be on the ballot. Everyone has candidates that they don’t like, but only Trump is the target of a concerted effort to disenfranchise all of his voters.

This lawsuit has been thrown out, but there are still active lawsuits in other states seeking to remove him.

Hopefully the judges in those cases will gain courage from this judge’s decision and throw out those cases as well.
