Fani Willis didn’t expect Trump to have this trick up his sleeve.

She wasn’t ready for this court filing that could change everything.

And now she may be finished as the prosecutor.

Allegations are continuing to swirl about misdeeds that Fulton County DA Fani Willis is accused of committing, and now the calls for her to step down from the case are getting louder.

Reports are coming out alleging that she had an affair with the special prosecutor in the case, which, if true, would be a massive violation of the public trust.

This scandal is threatening to derail the entire case against Trump in Georgia, and he is seizing the opportunity.

Trump has been sounding the alarm about Willis ever since the case began, and now that she is in extremely hot water, his allies are attempting to have her removed.

They are arguing that her alleged actions have disqualified her from performing her duties and that she should no longer be allowed to handle this case.

And Willis is having to face the reality that she may have blown her opportunity to help Joe Biden and the Democrats by putting Trump in jail.

According to Newsweek, “Fani Willis is facing another call for her to be removed from the Georgia election-interference case against former President Donald Trump.

“Willis, the Fulton County district attorney, has come under pressure amid allegations she had an affair with a special prosecutor she hired in the case, Nathan Wade.

“Trump and 18 others are accused in a 41-count indictment of trying to overturn his 2020 election loss in Georgia. The former president has pleaded not guilty to all 13 charges against him and has repeatedly said the case is part of a political witch hunt aimed at undermining his position as frontrunner for the GOP 2024 presidential nomination.”

If Willis thought she had a slam dunk prosecuting this case, she has been proven to be mistaken. Now she is the one under heavy scrutiny.

The article continues, “Now, a new filing by lawyers for former state GOP chair and Trump co-defendant David Shafer seeks to remove her for making a speech in January in which she questioned why Wade, who is Black, was being singled out when her other two special prosecutors are white.”

Here’s what Trump’s allies had to say in response to her speech: “The obvious intent of her remarks was to inject and infect the jury pool in Fulton County with unfounded allegations that anyone who dares question her or Mr. Wade’s conduct must have done so for racist purposes.”

It’s clear that Willis is grasping at straws as her grip on this case slowly slips away, and more damaging information about her starts to come out.

She is banking on getting a favorable jury so that she can go through with her intentions of putting Trump in jail.

But her desperate moves are masking a reality that is becoming increasingly apparent – she is losing this case and Donald Trump is winning.
